Nigerian singer and socialite Idowu Adeyemi, popularly known as Yhemolee, has addressed Nigerians, who are blaming him for Asake’s recent controversial new looks. 

Afrobeats sensation Asake made headlines a few days ago after making a surprise comeback to social media. 

Asake’s return captured him in a new look different from what fans were used to. From his new face tattoos to his hairstyle and other reasons, Asake got Nigerians talking. 


In a recent Instagram live video that surfaced online on Wednesday, January 15, Yhemolee, who shares a close relationship with Asake, quizzed Nigerians why he should be at fault over Asake’s new look. 

Una Dey blame for another person face. If I get angry I will just go and tatoo all my face too. Person say shame on me if I don't call him to order. You're lucky I'm in America if I was in Lagos, I’ll track you. Shame on me as how, am I the tattoo artist?,” Yhemolee expressed in the video.
