  • Following the recent launch of YL by Yhemolee, TheRadar curated a list of 8 celebrities who have clothing lines. 

Nigerian entertainment and fashion has come a long way with many celebrities pushing the trends of what to wear and what not. 

Many of them have channeled their love for fashion into floating businesses, such as clothing lines and fashion labels, which they sell to their fans.

TheRadar compiled a list of Nigerian celebrities known for their unique fashion and have ventured into fashion label businesses in Nigeria. 

8 Nigerian celebrities who have fashion labels 

  • Yhemolee - YL Collection 

Recently joining the list of celebrities who have clothing lines, Nigerian socialite and influencer, Idowu Adeyemi, popularly known as Yhemolee, made a bold move with the introduction of his clothing line on September 29. The fashion label called YL, comprises sporting hoodies and other pieces from Yhemolee’s collection. The streetwear branding also signified symbolism with Nigeria’s car plate number template. 

  • Zlatan Ibile - ZTTW 

Nigerian singer Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael known as Zlatan Ibile has his clothing line, ZTTW, following his collaborations with Nigerian leading designers like Thirsty wears and his love for fashion. This has earned him a devoted following both in music and fashion. On May 19, 2024, he announced the walk-in store for his clothing line. 

  • Rahman Jago - High Fashion 

Popular singer Rahman Jago also launched his luxury fashion brand called ‘High Fashion’ in 2019. Since then, the brand has become a known name in the Nigerian fashion scene and among celebrities. 

  • Olamide — Baddo Unlimited 

Olamide launched his fashion line called Baddo Unlimited in 2015. The clothing line kicked off with customised t-shirts and continued to expand since its launch. The ‘Wo’ crooner showcases his taste for fashion particularly streetwear and it is no doubt that he has a clothing line to cater for that. 

  • Kaffy — Yanga 

Popular dancer and choreographer Kaffy is also on the list of celebrities who have clothing lines. Known for her entrepreneurial projects aside from founding her dance company, Imagneto Dance Company, Kaffy launched Yanga fashion label to make costume and unique pieces for fashion enthusiasts and lovers. 

  • Genevieve Nnaji - St. Genevieve 

Ace Nollywood actress Genevieve Nnaji also falls into this list. The screen diva is the brain behind the fashion line, St. Genevieve. Launched in 2014, the brand makes clothes for women infused with her personal style. The brand's pieces range from dresses to trousers, blouses and skirts. 

  • Omoni Oboli — Omoni Oboli by AVE 

Nollywood actress, Omoni Oboli is another celebrity that has delved into the fashion industry. She unveiled her clothing line, Omoni Oboli by AVE, in collaboration with popular fashion designer Ayo Van Elmar. The duo teamed up for a line of unique pieces. 

  • Agbani Darego - AD 

Known for her exceptional modelling career, Agbani Darego, who won the Miss World beauty pageant in 2001, has a fashion line. Her fashion brand AD showcases her luxurious taste for style and make intricate pieces for women of all shapes and sizes.
