Raves and Roses, the debut album of Afrobeats singer Divine Ikubor known as Rema, has officially reached a milestone of three years since its release.
The three years anniversary of the debut project follows shortly after Rema’s six-years celebration in the music space.
In the wake of his prominence with hit tracks like Dumebi, Bad Commando and Beamer, the 16-track album was necessary.
Capturing his famous Calm Down track, Raves & Roses is arguably one of the most defining debut projects in Nigerian music.
About Raves & Roses
Raves & Roses was officially released on March 25, 2022, and today being March 25, 2025 makes three years of its existence and acceptance by fans.
The album included guest appearances from Chris Brown, AJ Tracey and 6lack. On April 28, 2023, a deluxe version of the album was released, renamed as Raves & Roses Ultra.
The album explored Rema’s Afro-Fusion and Afro-Rave genres. It was released under Jonzing World and Mavin Music.
