  • Nollywood actress Regina Daniels recently posted a video on TikTok with a message seemingly aimed at online trolls
  • In the clip, she showcased a Ferrari and paired it with a cryptic caption, which many interpreted as a response to her critics
  • This comes shortly after the mother of two deactivated her Instagram account, igniting reactions from many online users

Nigerian actress Regina Daniels has set social media abuzz following ongoing speculation about the paternity of colleague Chika Ike's baby, allegedly linked to her husband, Ned Nwoko.

On Sunday, February 24, Daniels took to TikTok to share a cryptic message, seemingly addressing the controversy. The video showed her walking toward a red Ferrari while Teni’s hit song Money played in the background.

In the caption, she wrote, "All shades seen: don't comment if you never cry for Ferrari Comment if you fit afford the cloth." The statement was perceived as a clapback at her critics, but some users interpreted it as a veiled reference to her personal struggles.

This comes after Daniels' husband, Ned Nwoko, denied rumours of fathering a child with Chika Ike. Daniels had earlier deactivated her Instagram account, sparking widespread speculation and trolling.

Netizens reacted to Daniels' post with mixed emotions, ranging from amusement to empathy. While some praised her sassiness, others saw deeper meanings in her words.

#EndBadGovernance: Regina Daniels dragged for advising Nigerians on peaceful protest

Meanwhile, TheRadar earlier reported that netizens criticised Regina Daniels for urging Nigerians to shun violence and protest peacefully in order to ensure that there would be absolute peace in a video that has gone viral on social media.

Regina Daniels' video was condemned by many Nigerians, who felt she was too young to offer advice and that her marriage to wealthy politician Ned Nwoko made her out of touch with the struggles of ordinary people.
