The Eben Initiative (TEI), a nonprofit organisation, is hosting its first-ever “Growth Conference” in Osogbo, Osun State, on October 26, 2024.
TEI is dedicated to raising and building a global community of ambidextrous young leaders and professionals who are committed to maintaining positive reputations and ethical conduct within society.
TEI’s fresh approach aims to help teenagers, youth, and students recognise their God-given potential and take productive steps to impact their societies.
The programs organised are channelled to bring together exceptional young individuals, allowing them to share ideas and connect with ambidextrous speakers and facilitators. The interaction catalyzes participants of our carefully designed programs.

The program is tagged “Growth Conference” with an all-encompassing theme, “Unlocking Potential: Empowering Future Leaders for a Transformative Tomorrow”. It will be happening onsite at GMT Hotel and Event Centre, off ring-road, Osogbo, Osun State, by 9 am.
The conference aims to provide the next generation of leaders with the right knowledge, resources and opportunities to succeed in their respective industries and to fuel their potential to bring about much-needed positive change in society.
