Three months after battling complications from an undisclosed illness, Nigerian fast-rising singer, Sulaimon Solomon, Khaid has returned to social media with new photos. 

The young rapper was reportedly rushed to the hospital on April 17, which left fans concerned. Afrobeats singers like Adekunle Gold and Sydney Talker were among the colleagues who paid him a visit at the hospital. 

Via his official X (formerly Twitter) on July 24, shared new photos that captured him looking healthy and fit months after his illness. 

His caption, which seemed to draw an analogy with the recent Former America’s President, Trump’s assassination read, Young TRUMP. 

In another series of post on his page, he expressed his gratitude to God for keeping him alive and the grace to survive the turbulent moment of his life. 

Y’all set me up but can never Shut me up. FYI, I’m Young Trump, I wish y’all long life so y’all can reap what you’ve sown accordingly. Thank God for helping me overcome what many would face and die, Them no fit hold the Boy, We Rise Again. He wrote. 

The 19-year-old singer, who is signed to Sydney Talker’s Neville Records, is known for his Afro Trap, RnB and Afropop genre of music. Rising to stardom in 2022 with his song ‘With You,’ he has established a fanbase who appreciates his music.
