Nollywood actor Federick Leonard has sent out a strict warning to bloggers to desist from interfering in his marriage with actress Peggy Ovire.
The actor’s outburst is said to have resulted from specuations suggesting that he has intimacy with female colleagues.
There were also criticisms that trailed his ‘kissing roles’ in films, which was criticised because of his marital status.
Via his official Instagram page, on Thursday, December 26, the actor, in a long post, addressed the speculations and warned bloggers against false stories about his marriage.
“Dear idle and useless bloggers, with empty-headed followers. Leave me and my wife’s name out of my contaminated blogs. This marriage is not your business. What goes on in this marriage will not make your lives better or put food on your table.
You all should leave us alone. Since we got married, y’all have been sniffing like hungry dogs. Looking for what you can't find. We do not owe this toxic social media space any explanation for our action or a sneak peek of what's happening in our home. Marriage is not slavery.
I'm not gonna stop kissing women in movies because I'm married. Some of you all should stop trying to indict some innocent actresses starring in movies with me. These are professionals getting paid to do their job and put food on their table,” He wrote.
