Spotify, being one of the biggest streaming platforms, has seen Nigerian artistes with their songs and albums top charts both locally and internationally.

This is closely followed by Wizkid and Ayra Starr, who both have two entries, with their albums being the highest for their designated year. 

Ayra Starr’s entries, her debut 19 & Dangerous (2021) and her sophomore The Year I Turned 21 (2024), prove her consistency and quality production since her breakout.
