A number of senators have endorsed the plan to circulate 10 billion copies of ‘Rhapsody of Realities aimed at encouraging attitudinal shifts for growth and national development.
The senators expressed their commitment during the launch of the initiative titled “Reachout World Day with Rhapsody of Realities,” held at the National Assembly Complex on Thursday, October 31.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy Church produces Rhapsody of Realities, a monthly devotional publication dedicated to encouraging positive change.
Sen. Omueya Dafinone (APC-Delta) characterised Rhapsody of Realities as a guide to life that provides a daily perspective on the teachings of God’s word.
He explained that the goal of the publication is to allow readers around the world to regularly reflect on their lives to improve their overall well-being.
In his remarks, Sen. Thomas Joel-Onowakpo (PDP-Delta) noted his familiarity with the transformative initiatives of Christ Embassy Church.

He pointed out that the initiative's objectives would require significant financial resources, urging those in charge not to worry but to have faith that “the money for the work of God will come.”
The senator believed that, like the Bible, the publication is a valuable guide that one should read, adding that “it will take you all the way.”
Thus, he called on everyone, especially the youth who will who will have access to the publication, to read it.
In his opening remarks, Pastor Obi Chiemeka, Director of the Christ Embassy Ministry Centre in Abuja, stated that the publication has been translated into 8,132 languages worldwide and is also available in braille for the visually impaired.
National launch day announced for distribution of 10 billion copies
Chiemeka mentioned that the publication is currently being translated into various dialects, which will increase the total number of translations to 12,000, and that it will be distributed on a monthly basis.
He noted that the publication caters to various demographics, including materials for children and early readers, as well as content for teenagers and adults.
“That is why we are having this national launch day. We want people to know that on Dec. 2, we are distributing 10 billion copies across the world,” Chiemeka said.
