Following TG Omori’s revelation, Netizens in comment sections, reposts and posts have shared mixed feelings especially prayers for the popular video director. 

TG Omori, who has been absent from social media for a month, in an X (formerly Twitter) post, on Wednesday, August 28, shared the news on his official page, noting the kidney donor for his surgery. 

Yesterday my only brother gave me one of his kidneys so I could live again,” he wrote. 

The popular director also shared pictures of himself on the hospital bed via his Instastory with captions like Keep my spirit aliveand “I don't wanna die.” 

The music director has been in the Nigerian music industry since 2018 and is loved by many. He has directed music videos for popular recording artistes across various genres of new generations. Artistes like Olamide, Kizz Daniel, Fireboy DML, Falz, Naira Marley, Timaya and Asake.

Gathering over 800,000 views, 503 quotes, 22,000 likes and 3,000 reposts, Nigerians, fans and colleagues have reacted to TG Omori’s kidney surgery. Many mostly offered prayers of quick recovery for him and his brother.
