In an emotional interview with Biola Adebayo on the Talk to B Podcast, veteran Nollywood actress Jumoke George opened up about the painful struggles that have defined her life in recent years.

Once a prominent figure in Nigeria’s film industry, George now faces the harsh realities of homelessness, chronic illness, and the heartbreak of a missing child.

She shared tearfully,

"I don’t have a home, I don’t have anything, and a child of mine is missing. I don’t have good health; I am tired and exhausted. Most times, it’s the church mummy who feeds me.”

The actress revealed that her life took a devastating turn four years ago when her firstborn, Adeola, disappeared without a trace.

Speaking with the host of the Talk With B podcast, she reflected on the anguish this has caused her.

She recounted,

My firstborn, Adeola, has been missing for the past four years. Deola clocked 41 on May 1. I’m the one catering for the children.”

Her health has also suffered significantly. Since January 2025, she has faced mounting medical challenges and steep expenses from a series of tests.

“I have tried as a Christian. I have done several tests, and now I want to do brain and heart tests, and it’s N400,000. I don’t know where to get the money from.”

In a heartfelt plea, George called out to the public for prayers and support,

"Please pray for me, mothers in the world. Help me with your prayers. I have never ruined anyone's life. I am tired; I can no longer bear it.”
