Following their union in an intimate civil ceremony in Lagos on February 28, Nollywood actress Enado Odigie and her husband, Tola Odunsi, tied the knot in a traditional wedding ceremony held in Benin City on Saturday, May 10. 

The event was a grand affair, with several celebrities in attendance, including Bisola Aiyeola, Linda Osifo, Linda Ejiofor-Suleiman, Sharon Ooja and Shine Rosman.

The couple's traditional wedding was a double celebration, as they observed both Edo and Yoruba traditions. Enado Odigie looked stunning in her traditional Edo bride attire, while Tola Odunsi complemented her in his Benin traditional wear outfit. 

The festivities continued with a Yoruba traditional wedding ceremony, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Nigeria.

In a surprising revelation, Enado Odigie shared on her Instagram page @iamenado, that they are expecting a baby, making the occasion even more special.

Tola Odunsi speaks on his relationship with Enado Odigie 

When asked about how they met, Tola Odunsi disclosed that they met seven to eight years ago when Enado Odigie auditioned for The Men's Club series. 

He stated that they became friends initially, and their relationship blossomed into romance during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. 

Tola Odunsi praised Enado Odigie as his best friend and highlighted her rare qualities, mental support, and spiritual encouragement as some of the things he loves about her.

Their union has garnered widespread celebration from their fans on social media.

Meanwhile, TheRadar earlier reported Nigerian gospel singer Tope Alabi's daughter, Ayomikun, tied the knot with her husband, Oluwole, in an intimate ceremony on March 12, 2025, surrounded by close family and friends. 

Emotional moments from the event surfaced online, showing Ayomikun kneeling before her parents.
