Following Priscilla Ojo's decision to unfollow Beauty Goddess on Instagram which stems from her comment about her absence at JP2025, the latter has reached out with an apology addressing the situation.
On her Instagram story, Beauty Goddess took full accountability for her comments made during a TikTok live session, where her remarks were perceived as dismissive of Priscilla and Juma Jux's wedding.
She stated,
"I've seen some of the reactions to the live I did, and I completely understand why people are upset. It came off like I was dismissing Priscilla's wedding, and I truly hate that it appeared that way."
Beauty Goddess continued by expressing, "Priscilla, if you see this I'm really really sorry. I love and respect you so much and God knows how excited I've been for your big day. I would never intentionally try to make it about me or take away from your moment."
Acknowledging her mistake, she said,
"The way I said what I said was messy, and I own that. I wasn't thinking about how it would sound, and I definitely didn't mean it in a shady or unserious way."
She added,
"The last thing I'd ever want is to make your day feel less than perfect, especially over something like this.i have no bad intentions at all and I'm deeply sorry to mr and Mrs mkambala. I'm still learning, still growing but I'm always going to hold myself accountable.”
Concluding her message, Beauty Goddess highlighted her commitment to personal growth, stating,
"I wish you all the love and happiness in the world. And again I'm truly truly sorry."
Following her apology, reactions have varied widely across social media; some praised her for taking responsibility, while others chastised her for her earlier comments.
