Onyeka has emerged as the first solo Head of House for the season after competing in a strength and strategy competition. In the first solo Head of House challenge, Onyeka beat all other 15 housemates to emerge as Head of House for week six.
The Head of House challenge featured four games. In the first game, housemates were required to stack tyres according to a colour code. For the second game, housemates deflated tyre tubes in whatever method they wanted although damaging the tube added 30 seconds to their time.
For the third game, housemates moved a tyre using two sticks and navigated some obstacles
In the last game called dragging power. Housemates pulled a tyre through some obstacles. Onyeka was the fastest housemate, finishing the task in 5 minutes 58 seconds.
Meanwhile, the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced during the Live Nomination show that there will be no eviction this week. Still, the housemates will get a chance to reintroduce themselves to viewers.
In the house, Big Brother told the housemates that they were all up for possible eviction on Sunday and they were to enter the Diary Room to reintroduce themselves to the public and give reasons why they should be voted for. They all entered the Diary Room one after another to reintroduce themselves and canvass for votes for 90 minutes each.
Onyeka chose her sister, Chizoba as her house guest. Big Brother reminded the housemates that they were not allowed to canvass for votes or conspire with one another.

Meanwhile, TheRadar earlier reported that the Big Brother Naija Season 9 “No Loose Guard” housemates won their fourth weekly wager.
The theme for the week was Vibes on Vibe and housemates brought their A-game throughout the week. The housemates delivered their wager presentation in the arena on Friday, August 23.
