The Nelita pair - Nelly and Anita, have emerged as the Head of House (HOH) for the second time in the ongoing Big Brother Naija Season 9 “No Loose Guard” edition.
The pair was the Head of House in week three and have now won the first Head of House Challenge of the season. The heads of house are expected to coordinate tasks and ensure the house runs smoothly. Previous heads of house this season have not enjoyed immunity with their title, but from now henceforth, the HOH title comes with immunity.
The HOH Challenge featured two games; Knock it Off and Crack the Code. For the first game, housemates were required to knock off three yellow balls using three red balls in six minutes. The pairs which knocked off the most balls in the shortest time possible, qualified for the next round. The Mbadiwe Twins, Double Kay, Chekas and Nelita pairs all qualified for the next round.
For the second round, the pairs were asked to go through some obstacles in the shortest time possible and Nelita emerged as the winner of the challenge after completing the challenge in one minute, 52 seconds.
After they were declared the new heads of house, Big Brother asked Nelly and Anita to choose their guests who would have access to the condo and its treats.
The Nelita duo wasted no time in choosing the Aces pair- Sooj and Topher.
Big Brother reminded the heads of house and their guests that they were not to take any of the treats from the condo into the house.
BBNaija Season 9 Update: Streeze, Flourish evicted in double eviction
Meanwhile, TheRadar earlier reported that the Streeze and Flourish pairs were evicted from the Big Brother Naija “No Loose Guard” house.
Streeze (Toby Forge and Mayor Frosh) and Flourish (Rhuthee and Dj Flo) were among the bottom four pairs and were evicted through votes by their fellow housemates.
