  • Streeze and Flourish pairs got evicted from the Big Brother Naija house
  • Beta, Radicals, Flourish and Streeze were the bottom four duo
  • Custodians, Wanni x Handi saved the Beta pair, and housemates voted Streeze and Flourish out of the house

The Streeze and Flourish pairs have been evicted from the Big Brother Naija “No Loose Guard” house.

Streeze (Toby Forge and Mayor Frosh) and Flourish (Rhuthee and Dj Flo) were among the bottom four pairs and were evicted through votes by their fellow housemates.

Among the bottom four duos were Beta, Radicals, Flourish and Streeze. The Custodians, Wanni x Handi, used their Save Only power to save the Beta duo and every other pair entered the Diary room to vote secretly for two pairs they wanted evicted. Streeze and Flourish got the lowest votes and were thereby evicted from the house.

When the show’s host, Ebuka Obi Uchendu, announced Flourish’s eviction, Wanni and Handi expressed their joy at the eviction and hurled insults at Rhuthee. Recall that Rhuthee and Wanni x Handi had an altercation on Saturday, August 17.

Ebuka also announced that the Custodian Challenge has come to an end and the HOH ballot has also come to an end as housemates will now have to battle it out for the position of Head of House the usual way and that the title will come with immunity as it used to. The housemates will also nominate the pairs they want to put up for nomination and possible eviction while viewers will vote for their favourite pair and the pair with the lowest votes will be evicted as is custom in the Big Brother Naija reality tv show.

The result of the votes by viewers revealed that Streeze pair got 5.60 per cent, Radicals got 6.34 per cent, Beta got 7.08 per cent and the Flourish pair got 6.25 per cent.

Nigerians react to events of the eviction show

Some netizens believe the eviction is fair because the pairs with the lowest votes got evicted.

Here are some of the comments.

@Abitol3 posted: “The eviction is fair sha going by people vote.”

@adaeze042 posted: “Was the reactions from the twins even necessary? No levels 😂”

@ephraimyt5791 posted: “Tonight  eviction is a typical example of choosing  your friends wisely...# RUTHIE spoiled  #DJ FLO game . Ruthie didn't in anyway considered her friendship with DJ FLO . She's self centered, thereby allowing her emotions get over her.”

@salmah_muse posted “Honestly if I was Ruthie, I would have slapped one of the twins before I leave cos I’ve nothing to lose now. Such a gutter behavior!!!”

@jsp_official_ posted: “The eviction dynamics of this BBN no just gel. They would have found a way to leave Flourish and Wanni× for more drama. See wetin those 2 girls dey do even after they were the ones riling Ruthie up. This has the possibility of making the viewership drop.”

@Mr_Teekay001 posted: “The double eviction tonight is so interesting! I must say that Streeze’s eviction was inevitable, as they lost most of their support from viewers and co-housemates last week. As for Flourish, I wish they hadn’t offended the Twins...🤣 In this life, never offend Twins—LMAO! But then, HannixWanni should be calming down too🤣🤣 I wish all the evicted pairs the best in life.”

BBNaija Season 9 Update: Housemates lose wager over rule-breaking behaviour

Meanwhile, TheRadar earlier reported that the Big Brother Naija Season 9 “No Loose Guard” housemates lost their third weekly wager even though they impressed Big Brother with their presentation.

In line with the week’s theme, housemates presented two podcast episodes on mental health and a television show on health and wellness.
