With the show rumoured to commence on June 24, fans are excited to see their favourite contestants return to settle feuds, revisit unpleasant and unforgettable memories and update their fans about their stance on different things that happened during the season.
Things to expect during BB Naija reunion show
Here are some of the highlights we expect to be revisited during the reunion:
- Ilebaye’s victim strategy
During the show, it was alleged that Ilebaye Odiniya, a housemate from the Level Up season, entered the house with a strategy to play the victim card. It was said that it would be easy to get Nigerians to sympathise with her if the viewers see that she is being picked on during the show. Fans expect that Ilebaye would clarify if this claim is true.

Ike Onyema, a fellow housemate, often shared his dislike of Ilebaye with other housemates, especially his Pepper Dem counterparts. He demonstrated his dislike for her when he threw her underwear on the bathroom floor. Consequently, this action earned him a strike.

- Pere’s fight with Doyin
Pere Egbi, a housemate from the “Shine Ya Eye” season, had issues with another housemate from the Level Up season, Doyin David. Pere had allegedly had a conversation with a group of ladies of which Doyin was a part of, that he was the one who had a crush on Kim Oprah (a housemate from the Pepper Dem season) and his best friend Cross Okonkwo (a Shine Ya Eye housemate) knew about it and still went ahead to develop feelings for her and pursue it. Pere then denied ever saying this when it was brought up by Doyin and this led to an altercation where Pere punched a hole in the wall of Biggie’s house. This action earned him a strike.

- Late night locker room plotting
One night, Pere, Kiddwaya (a Lockdown housemate), Ike and Seyi Awolowo (a Pepper Dem housemate) gathered in the locker room area to plot against Ilebaye. They revealed that they had intentionally gotten her drunk when she had a fight with Cee-C, which earned her a double strike. They then shared ideas on how to get her to have another strike, which would earn her an immediate disqualification. Fans expect that this conversation will be addressed by the housemates.
- Cross and Pere’s friendship issues
Cross and Pere had developed a friendship after their Big Brother Shine Ya Eye season and this friendship was brought on camera during the All Star season. We all saw evidence of loyalty from Pere to Cross, and things kept going well until Cross started erroneously suspecting that Pere was not a loyal friend. He had this suspicion due to the conversation Pere had with someone over him and the incident where Pere, Kidwaya, Ike and Seyi were plotting against Ilebaye in the locker room. This revelation from Cross dampened Pere’s spirits as it was evident during that time that he was hurt. It is expected that the state of their friendship after the show will be visited.

- Pere’s fight with Adekunle
During a film production wager task Big Brother gave the housemates, an altercation occurred between Pere and Venita (Pepper Dem housemate) and Adekunle Olopade (Level Up housemate). Pere, who was the director, gave commands and ordered the housemates around and it angered Adekunle who told him to stop commanding them and this led to a verbal altercation.

- Seyi’s misogynistic comments
During the show, Seyi had different vile things to say about how the women in the house got their wealth, particularly Angel JB Smith (Shine Ya Eye housemate). He also made a comment about how he is having his sons who will run train on girls when they're older. This comment generated a lot of hate for Seyi on the show and many Nigerians wanted him out of the show. Many of the housemates did not know the specifics of the comment during the show but it is expected that they would share their reaction to the comment.
- Kidwaya’s fight with Ilebaye over the business pitch task
During a Moniepoint task where the housemates were told to come up with a business idea and pitch it in a presentation, Ilebaye and Kiddwaya had been paired up for the task. After the presentation, Ilebaye alleged that they had planned something else for the presentation, but Kiddwaya went on to talk about his already established business, which didn't need funding, contrary to what the task said. Kiddwaya denied the allegation and clarified that he had discussed everything they presented, but before the presentation, she didn't help him prepare. This led to a verbal altercation.
- Angel’s prank on Venita and Adekunle
Angel wrote a love letter on which she sprayed Cee-C's perfume and then left it in Adekunle's jacket in his wardrobe. Adekunle found the letter and didn't think anything of it. He later told Venita Akpofure (Pepper Dem housemate), who was angry about the situation. During an eviction show, the host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, asked Cee-c about the letter, making Venita believe that Cee-c wrote it. Angel, on the other hand, planned to reveal herself as the prankster just before she left the show. The truth was, however, revealed during the show.

Other incidents in the show that should be addressed include Venita's snide remarks against Pere, triangles, strategic relationships in the show, the strikes, and other altercations.
A few worthy mentions include the parrot twist, which revealed private conversations of housemates to the entire house, the status update on the ships formed in the house, the friendship between Adekunle, Venita, Soma and Angel and the diary session divas like Angel, Doyin and Uriel.
