- Nigerian rapper Vector has reacted to the US elections by criticising Africans who show solidarity
- According to Vector, the results of such elections do more harm than good to Africans
- Meanwhile, Vector’s reaction comes after Nigerian singer Davido and actress Stella Damascus shared pictures of their voting exercise in the United States
Popular Nigerian rapper Olarenwaju Ogunmefun, better known as Vector, has reacted to the just-concluded United States presidential elections, in which Donald Trump emerged as the winner.
Vector berated Nigerians and Africans who show support for global electoral processes and highlighted the impact of such elections.
Vector’s criticism comes after Nigerian singer Davido and Veteran actress Stella Damascus shared excitement from their voting exercise in the United States.
In an X (formerly Twitter) post on Wednesday, November 6, Vector addressed the solidarity stance shown by Africans to global elections without referring to anyone in particular.
“I will never understand Nigerians / Africans who show some form of solidarity with election process in nations that fuck us all for a living.” he wrote.
“Just mention Davido,” netizens share mixed feelings about Vector’s statement
