Timini Egbuson, Dakore Akande, Funke Akindele, others shine at ‘Reel Love’ movie premiere

The highly anticipated movie Reel Love premiered on Sunday, February 9 at Imax Lekki, drawing a host of celebrities who came out to support producer and lead actor Timini Egbuson.

Reel Love, scheduled for release on Valentine's Day (February 14), is a romantic movie that explores themes of love, ambition, and more. The movie marks Timini Egbuson's debut as a co-executive producer.

The movie tells the story of Tomide Jobi, whose world is turned upside down when he clashes with Rita Monday at a bar. With his nemesis watching his every move, one mistake could cost him everything, including his heart.

As always, Nigerian celebrities brought their fashion A-game to the red carpet, dazzling in glamourous ensembles that reflected the film’s romantic vibe. 

Timini Egbuson, the lead actor and producer stormed the red carpet in a wine suede suit with embellished sleeves, styled by Swanky Jerry.

Nollywood sweetheart, Bimbo Ademoye turned heads in a sequin red dress, looking absolutely elegant.

Idia Aisien embraced the movie’s theme beautifully in a pink organza bow dress, resembling a perfectly wrapped gift.

Celebrity couples added a touch of romance to the night, with Teddy A and Bam Bam, as well as Veekee James-Atere and Femi Atere, stepping out in sleek black outfits. 

Other celebrities in attendance were Funke Akindele, Stan Nze, Hermes Iyele, Efa Iwara, and many more.
