  • Boom Sha Sha — Mimie noodle advert 

“Take me, break me…” this was all you needed to dance to the rhythmic anthem Mimie noodles served as an advert. Aside from the music, the storytelling was both comical and relatable. The advert jingle was indeed infectious. If you are not a millennial or you don't remember this, you consider buying a time machine. However, this is why we write this to give you a feel of it. 

  • Walking on Sunshine — Ovaltine advert

Ovaltine’s Walking on Sunshine jingle is one that has you singing without realising it. When they said happiness is contagious, this is exactly what it means. From its beat to the well-thought choreography, you cannot but flow the advert. 

  • To me, To You — Indomie noodle advert 

I remember watching Indomie’s To Me, To You advert. There was a strong belief in the words that made you believe you can be anything you want to be. Indomie Instant Noodles advert ofreed not just encouraging words but reminded you to do your duty to make the world a better place.

  • Papilo — Peak Milk advert 

Peak Milk’s Papilo advert follows the story of renowned Nigerian footballer Kanu Nwankwo’s childhood up until he became a famous soccer star. The story is one that reminds us to always chase our dreams no matter what. 

  • Mama Do Good — Indomie instant noodles 

With the array of adverts the Indomie instant noodles have, we can all agree Mama Do Good is still one of its best. The jingle captures children singing and dancing around their mother. A relatable Nigerian scene when children have finished eating a good meal prepared by their mothers. It was truly memorable. 

  • I wish — Skye Bank 

Skye Bank I Wish advert relates to the phrase that says “The sky is your limit or beyond it.” The storytelling captures the wishes of different strata of people and their wishes to be better at what they do. In all, Skye Bank was the collective solution they needed. It was an inspiring advert.
