This was regarded as the ‘King of Home Videos’ back in the ‘90s. It was introduced by the Victor Company of Japan in 1976. The media device dominated the home video industry. It was a common item in Nigerian homes then as a source of watching videos and entertainment. 

  • Water game 

Think of a refillable water game with ribbons. This legendary game reigned for children in the ‘90s. It required the tenacity to push up the ribbons with the help of the water on a pole. It was interesting. 

  • Rechargeable lamp + FM Radio + Cassette player 

This versatile 3-in-1 item was present in most Nigerian homes serving the purpose of a rechargeable lamp, FM Radio and cassette player. Honestly, if you remember this, respect!

  • Brick game 

This particular game stole the hearts of every kid in Nigeria. It was indeed a premium source of entertainment for them to unwind and have fun.
