Following his first single of 2025, the upcoming album, 5ive, of Afrobeats singer David Adeleke has peaked at number three on Apple Music’s Top Albums Chart. 

The latest development has left fans and the Nigerian music community debating the global influence of Davido as a singer. 

In an X (formerly Twitter) post on Friday, March 14, the news was announced, highlighting the peak of Davido’s 5ive album shortly after the release of his single Be There Still. 

Davido’s unreleased album “5ive” rises to a new peak of #3(+3) on the Nigeria Apple Music Top albums chart,” the caption read.
