The veteran actress, who hails from Cross River, took to her Instagram page on July 19, to celebrate, flaunting her ‘ageless’ look as she clocks a new chapter.
In the picture, she rocked a black crop top with matching leggings and one can hardly guess her real age in the outfit.

She also expressed her gratitude to God for sustaining her throughout the years in sound mind and most of all, good health.
Her caption read, "To the one who wrote my script. To the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. To Jehovah Robi. I give you all the glory, honor and adoration. All of you and none of me each and every blessed day I am loaded. Thank you, Jesus, for another year. I am beyond grateful for all that you have blessed me with. I am healthy, content and filled with immense gratitude."

Kate Henshaw’s Nollywood journey
Kate Henshaw is a household name in Nollywood. However, the journey to becoming that started in 1993. She had auditioned for a lead role in the movie When the Sun Sets and got it. It opened her path in the Nollywood industry.
With over 45 movie roles in her portfolio, she has influenced the industry with her legendary acting skills. In 2008, she won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a leading role for ‘Stronger than Pain.’
Notably, she has featured in films like Domitilla (1996), A Million Tears (2006), The Meeting (2012), Faces (1996), Chief Daddy (2018), Blood Sisters (2022) amongst others.
In 2011, the veteran actress was honored by the Federal Government as a member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR) for her contributions in Nollywood. Throughout her career, she has embarked on several philanthropic and political endeavors expanding her skills beyond acting.
