Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has opened a new branch of her restaurant, My Food By Hilda, in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

This festive season has been particularly eventful for Hilda Baci and has been marked by significant achievements and milestones. Her commitment to culinary excellence and inspiring the next generation of chefs has solidified her reputation and earned her widespread acclaim.
Recently, she celebrated the graduation ceremony of her cooking academy, Hilda Baci Academy, on December 17. During the event, graduates received impressive gifts, including N10 million, a car, a phone and many other prizes.
Sharing her thoughts on Instagram @hildabaci, she posted, “Last week was a celebration of purpose, passion, and transformation.
“Through the Hilda Baci Academy, for the past 3 years, the academy has been more than just cooking, lives have been changed, dreams have been unlocked, and futures have been reimagined.
“From teaching the art of cooking to building thriving businesses, this journey is a testament to what's possible when hard work meets grace.
“Watching students walk away with life-changing prizes; a brand-new car, #10 million, and more- reminded me that this is bigger than food; it's about impact, empowerment, and walking boldly in God's plan. Here's to many more lives touched and dreams realised.”
However, her achievements were highlighted when she unveiled her new kitchen, "My Food by Hilda," located at Emma Abimbola Cole Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, on December 21. The launch event was met with widespread celebration and congratulations from well-wishers.
