It’s the second day of the #EndBadGovernance nationwide protest and many Nigerians are not backing down on their demands.

The national demonstration against the bad governance in the country is said to be held from August 1 to August 10.

Many events continue to unfold during the demonstration supporters like the Nigerian Bar Association offering free legal services to protesters whose fundamental human rights are violated.

There were also reported killings in some parts of the country where some protesters lost their lives and properties destroyed.

The protest, also tagged hunger protest, is said to be a move to draw the government's attention to the economic hardship faced by citizens of the country.

“Hunger forced the truth out”: Anti-protest protester goes against script, bursts into complaints

Earlier, TheRadar reported that nationwide protests had commenced in some cities in Nigeria, like Kaduna, Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja, among others.

While some Nigerians are protesting against hunger and bad governance, there is a section of people opposing the protests. One such protester, in front of a camera, could not stick to the ‘script’ of standing against the protest. Instead, he burst into complaints of hunger.
