Igor’s misplaced pass to goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen left the Seagulls scrambling, and a poor clearance fell to the feet of Iwobi, who slotted into an empty net. The early goal sent the Fulham fans into jubilation and set the tone of the game.
Despite the rocky start, Brighton unsurprisingly pushed back with their attacking intensity.
