Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé has broken his silence following sexual assault allegations that surfaced just days before a pivotal legal hearing against Paris Saint-Germain.

Swedish authorities are reportedly investigating an incident at Bank Hotel in Stockholm, where the 25-year-old was staying with friends.

The controversy added more flame to the fire after his visit to a nightclub while France was playing Israel.

Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Mbappé fiercely denied the allegations, dismissing them as "FAKE NEWS !!!!"

He added, “It’s becoming so predictable, just before the hearing as if by chance.”

The timing of the allegations, falling just days before the hearing on Tuesday (October 15) concerning PSG's owed £46 million in unpaid bonuses, has raised suspicions among his supporters.

Mbappé also shared a detailed post on Instagram, condemning the rumours,

“Today, a new slanderous rumour is starting to spread across the web from the Swedish media Aftonbladet. These accusations are completely false and irresponsible... All necessary legal actions will be taken to re-establish the truth," he wrote, vowing to pursue anyone involved in what he called "moral harassment and defamatory treatment.”

Though his start at Real Madrid has not been as good as expected, scoring just four goals from open play in 11 appearances, Mbappe has managed to net three penalties in seven La Liga matches.

His absence for three weeks due to injury is soon coming to an end as Real Madrid has confirmed that he is back in individual training and could return for their upcoming clash with Celta Vigo on Saturday, October 19.

In related news, France manager Didier Deschamps commented on the allegations after his team’s 2-1 win over Belgium in the Nations League. Deschamps urged caution, saying,

“Be careful when you pick things up. There are things that are not difficult to verify, but if you credit any old thing... In any case, I am not going to talk to him about it. He is big enough to know how to communicate.”

Madrid’s new boy Mbappé sets lofty goals after scoring on debut against Atalanta

Previously, TheRadar reported that Kylian Mbappé declared that there is "no limit" to the number of goals he and Real Madrid can score this season after starting his debut with a goal as the Spanish giants clinched the UEFA Super Cup with a 2-0 win over Atalanta.

Mbappé, who arrived at Madrid on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain this summer, put pen to paper on a five-year deal, concluding a highly anticipated transfer saga.
