Despite rampant speculation linking him to Europe’s elite clubs, Osimhen insisted his focus remains on delivering the Super Lig title for GalatasarayOsimhen has shut down transfer talks by stating, “I haven’t decided about my future yet... I will make this team a champion.”
  • Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen has continued his brilliant scoring run at Galatasaray, netting a brace to secure a 2-1 win over Fenerbahce in the Turkish Cup.
  • Osimhen, on loan from Napoli, has racked up 28 goals and five assists in 32 games across all competitions for the Turkish giants.
  • Galatasaray are reportedly interested in signing him permanently, but a deal could prove too expensive given his rising market value.

Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen may be the hottest striker on the Turkish scene right now, but the Nigerian forward has kept tight-lipped about his future, insisting that his focus remains solely on Galatasaray’s title ambitions.

The 26-year-old goal machine, currently on loan from Napoli, has been in devastating form for the Turkish giants, scoring 28 goals and registering five assists in 32 appearances across all competitions.

His latest heroics came in a dramatic 2-1 Turkish Cup quarterfinal victory over arch-rivals Fenerbahce, where he netted both goals to steer his side into the semifinals.

Despite his electrifying performances, Osimhen's future remains the subject of intense speculation.

Speaking after the Fenerbahce match, the former Lille star was asked about where he sees himself next season. Calmly brushing off the buzz, he said,

“I haven’t decided about my future yet. Right now, my only focus is Galatasaray’s championship. I will make this team a champion.”

Osimhen’s statement sent ripples across Europe, with several elite clubs keeping a close watch on his situation.

While reports have surfaced suggesting Galatasaray are interested in making the deal permanent, the Turkish side may be priced out of a move given the forward’s likely valuation and salary demands.

Arsenal, who have been long-term admirers, now seem to be shifting their attention elsewhere. With Andrea Berta recently appointed as Sporting Director at the Emirates, the Gunners are reportedly more keen on pursuing Viktor Gyokeres.

Manchester United, though previously linked, face financial constraints and might need to offload players before launching any big-money bids.

Chelsea, however, remains firmly in the transfer conversation. With the Blues desperate for a clinical striker and armed with the financial muscle to back their ambitions, they appear to be the most viable destination should Osimhen opt for a Premier League move.

As things stand, Osimhen’s future is uncertain, but one thing is clear; he is fully committed to Galatasaray’s title chase, and if he has his way, he’ll deliver the Super Lig trophy before bidding Istanbul farewell.

Previously, TheRadar reported that Galatasaray was preparing to shake up the January transfer window with a not-so-surprising move for Nigeria’s star forward Victor Osimhen.

While Chelsea had long been linked with the 25-year-old striker, the Turkish champions are now looking to secure a permanent deal to keep Osimhen in Istanbul, a city where he has quickly won the hearts of fans.
