Simultaneously, a second fire erupted at Owode Onirin Market, affecting shops dealing in metallic materials.

Firefighters from the Alausa and Ikorodu Fire Stations responded quickly, containing the flames by 5 a.m. Fortunately, there were no casualties in this incident either.

“Emergency teams from Isolo, Bolade, and Alausa Fire Stations were deployed to battle the flames. Despite challenges in accessing the affected areas, our firefighters managed to contain the fire and prevent further spread.”
“Thankfully, no casualties were recorded in either incident. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the fires,” Adeseye stated
