The All Progressives Congress (APC) has elected a new set of national executives during its 4th Elective National Convention held at Eagle Square, Abuja.
At the forefront of the newly constituted National Working Committee is Nentawe Yilwatda, who emerged as the party’s National Chairman.
He will work alongside Deputy National Chairmen, Ali Bukar Dalori (North) and Benjamin Obi Nwoye (South).
Also elected is Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, who takes up the role of National Secretary, with AbdulKarim Abubakar Kana serving as Deputy National Secretary.
Other key appointments include Murtala Aliyu Kankia as National Legal Adviser, Uguru Mathew Ofoke as National Treasurer, and Haruna Ginsau as National Financial Secretary.
The position of National Organising Secretary went to Muhammad Sulaiman Argungu, while Donatus Enyinnah Nwankpa emerged as National Welfare Secretary.
For party communications, Felix Morka was named National Publicity Secretary, with Abubakar Maikafi taking the role of National Auditor.
In gender and youth representation, Mary A. Idele was elected National Women Leader, while Dayo Israel emerged as National Youth Leader.
The position of National Leader for Persons with Disabilities went to Aare Durotolu Oyebode Bankole.

- Deputy National Women Leader: Zainab Abubakar Ibrahim

- Deputy National Welfare Secretary: Christopher Michael Akpan
The convention, attended by top party leaders including Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Kashim Shettima, Godswill Akpabio, and Tajudeen Abbas, concluded with the announcement of ex-officio members representing the six geopolitical zones.
The newly elected executives emerged largely through a consensus arrangement and are expected to steer the affairs of the ruling party ahead of future political activities.
