Samuel’s victory resembles Chidimma Adetashina’s record-breaking feat in Mexico, as he became the first-ever black winner of the competition.
The young model defeated 46 contestants at the pageant competition, December 14, to win the crown as Mr International 2024.
Mr International was established in 2006 by the late Alan Sim—a Singapore-based organisation and it ranks among the world’s largest male beauty pageants.
The prestigious competition is said to attract over 80 contestants worldwide and is second only to Mr. World in terms of national-level representation.
