Famous record label, Mavin Records, has announced a major leadership change by appointing Tega Oghenejobo as its new global president and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The recent appointment highlighted Tega’s immense contributions to the growth of Mavin Records since being a founding member and its inception in 2012.
In an official statement on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, October 29, Mavin Records made the significant announcement to the public.
“We are proud to announce the appointment of Tega Oghenejobo as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Mavin Global.
This expanded leadership role builds upon Tega’s existing position as COO, reflecting his extensive contributions to the company’s growth, and his importance to its future strategic direction.

Meanwhile, Tega shared his excitement about the new role and appreciated Don Jazzy for believing in him to lead the Mavin team.

As congratulatory messages trail Tega’s new appointment as Mavin Records Global President, Don Jazzy also took to his social media page to send his wishes.
The Mavin Records founder commended his star spotting ability and how discovering Tega was one of his best.
According to Don Jazzy, Tega has over the years shown an undying commitment to the record label and ensuring its expansion.
