Famous for her culinary skills and iconic attempt as the Guinness World Record for the longest-cooking marathon by an individual, Hilda Baci clocks 29 today.
Born Hilda Bassey Effiong, the 29-year-old restaurateur had attempted her Cookathon challenge in 2023 and was declared a world record holder after cooking for 93 hours, 11 minutes.
Her record at the time was later surpassed by the record of an Irish chef, Alan Fisher who currently holds the title with a total of 119 hours, and 57 minutes of cooking time.
Via her official X (formerly Twitter) page, on Friday, September 20, Hilda Baci shared new photos to celebrate her 29th birthday anniversary.
“Stepping into 29 like. Reflecting on the chapter behind me, filled with lessons, laughs, and love. Welcome this final year of my twenties with open arms and an open heart. Here's to making every moment count!,” she wrote.
