Funke Akindele launches new real estate business, Jenifa Gardens

Nollywood veteran actress and producer Funke Akindele has expanded her business into real estate. She announced the launch of her new venture, Jenifa Gardens. 

She revealed that her childhood dream of owning a home that combines luxury and convenience inspired her decision to venture into the real estate industry.

The Nollywood star posted a video on her X handle, @funkeakindele, to announce the completion of a career milestone achieved through her experience representing Amen Estate.

She captioned the video: "I’m excited to share a transformative chapter of my life! After years of hard work, I’ve turned my dream of owning a real estate development with world-class infrastructure into reality. From the drainage system, the tarred roads, top-notch security, and uninterrupted power supply are beautified by flowers and pools in every home. 

“I proudly present Jenifa Gardens, a place where dreams come true. This real estate venture embodies the belief that everyone deserves a home that reflects their style and personality.

Join me on this journey! Let’s build a community of dreamers and achievers."

She stated that Jenifa Gardens is located just two minutes from the coastal road, opposite the NNPC filling station in Eleko, Ibeju-Lekki.  

Funke Akindele announced the pricing details for Jenifa Gardens, stating that a 450-square-meter plot costs N55 million, while a 300-square-meter plot costs N37 million. She explained that during the pre-launch phase, buyers could save N10 million, with discounted prices set at N45 million for 450 sqm and N30 million for 300 sqm. 

Akindele added that buyers can invest with an initial deposit of N4 million by January 10, 2025, and that flexible payment plans were available.
