Head of House, Nelly, has been involved in a verbal altercation with Ozee, of the Mbadiwe Twins.
The housemates had gathered in the garden in preparation for an Aquafina-sponsored task when the incident occurred on Tuesday August 13. Ozee and Fairme were having a conversation about suffering.
The conversation went like this before it escalated into a fight:
Fairme David: “Some people didn’t have like a perfect education”
Ozee: “Who told you that I had…”
Fairme David: “No, I am not saying you…”
Ozee: “I am already using your suffering and what and what people consider as suffering. If I didn’t suffer, Thank God. You are making it look like if you didn’t suffer, you should look bad for not suffering.”
Fairme David: “No, for what? Everybody get their story. E no compulsory say you have to suffer to achieve something.”
Ozee: “What’s your own, grade one, Nelly, we go even give you the suffering trophy, no wahala.”
Nelly: “What he meant is a different thing from what you are saying.”
Ozee: “I know what he meant, I am not misinterpreting him. “
Nelly: “Then you are not supposed to like drag it like that.”
Ozee: “I am dragging it because the underlying factor doesn’t change, he is still assuming.”
Nelly: “No, no, no.”
Ozee: “Anyhow you want to look at it, if you don’t know my journey, you can’t just label it now.”
Nelly: “That’s not what he is saying.”
Ozee: “But me and him, we have been bantering since… you don’t have to get involved. Chill, behave yourself, am I not bantering with him?”
The argument then escalated into a fight. Ozee then said: “So, I can’t have a conversation with somebody, is it because you became head of house, you start telling me what I should do?” and Nelly responded saying: “I know you are so pained! Wetin concern Head of house for this conversation?”
This led to more arguments and Anita, Nelly’s teammate and fellow Head of house chipped in a few words in support of Nelly. The housemates looked on in silence as the fight grew and all laughed at some point but didn’t interfere.
At this point, Ozee had kept quiet while Nelly kept going off on him and making snide remarks about him and the incident.
Later that day, Ozee had a conversation with Sooj, who was present during the fight but could not interfere because Ozee is his close friend in the house and Nelly is his girl.
Ozee told Sooj that he did not bicker or exchange words with Nelly because he can’t have himself in just any type of situation because “any publicity is good for them, it is not for me.”
Fairme David also attested to it that the argument came from nowhere and it was a misunderstanding.
Later that night, Sooj tried to explain the situation to Nelly at the dining area. He said Ozee couldn’t be jealous of her HOH title because the Mbadiwe Twins had canvassed for votes for Nelita because the Aces had something planned. Nelly didn’t allow him to explain and started going off about the matter again, saying she is now reading meaning into everything that has happened prior to the incident.
Nigerians react to Nelly and Ozee’s altercation
Some Nigerians thought Nelly should not have gotten involved in the conversation in the first place and that she was just trying to force a fight just to trend. Some fans thought Nelly was right to put Ozee in his place because the Mbadiwe Twins are opinionated.

BBNaija Season 9 Update: Zinwe caught allegedly making love in bathroom
Meanwhile, TheRadar earlier reported that the Zinwe pair - Chinwe and her boyfriend, Zion, were caught allegedly having sex in the bathroom by fellow housemates on Monday, August 12.
Most of the housemates had retired for the night, but some of the housemates, Onyeka, Ocee, Ozee and Mickey had stayed up late into the night having conversations when Mayor Frosh and Toby Forge called them upstairs to the dressing area, notifying them of the sexual escapades going on in the bathroom.
