ByteDance’s TikTok has officially launched Symphony Creative Studios, an AI-driven video creation platform designed to streamline collaboration between brands and creators throughout their creative journey on TikTok.
This global rollout is part of TikTok’s broader initiative to simplify creative workflows and enhance the efficiency of customised content production for advertisers, agencies, and creators.
At the heart of Symphony Creative Studios is Symphony Assistant, an AI-powered virtual assistant that aids in content ideation and development, offering ongoing creative insights and suggestions.
“We’re thrilled to welcome brands and creators to engage with Symphony Assistant, now available in the TikTok Creative Center,” TikTok announced. “This evolution marks a new era of creativity and productivity.”
The assistant is tailored to provide users with platform-specific guidance, enhancing video content and ad performance. TikTok describes it as a tool that “inspires creativity and serves as a launchpad for innovation.”

Symphony assistant: An AI-powered virtual assistant for ideation, script writing, and research. It guides creators by leveraging TikTok’s creative best practices and integrates with Adobe Express, enabling Adobe users to access Symphony’s features seamlessly within their workflows.
2. Digital avatars: This feature allows creators to generate digital avatars, helping brands maintain a consistent online presence without constantly filming new content.
3. AI-driven video generation: Symphony automates video creation by converting text inputs into video drafts. TikTok describes it as a tool that “transforms text prompts into video drafts, generating previews that can be edited for final content.”
4. Remixing and translation: Creators can remix existing content and translate videos into multiple languages, making it easier for global brands to connect with diverse audiences. TikTok noted that users can input prompts and receive outputs in English, Spanish, German, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Thai, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesian, and Chinese.
5. Top ads analysis: This feature offers advertisers detailed insights by analysing top-performing ads, breaking down video components, and summarising successful ad structures. TikTok highlighted, “Searching for keywords on the Top Ads Page provides summary and video-level insights, including script analysis.”
6. Trend analysis: Symphony Assistant provides real-time trend analysis, helping advertisers identify viral content and understand elements driving engagement. TikTok stated, “Users can now ask ‘what’s trending’ to view the latest viral concepts, understand why they resonated, and access related videos and audio.”
Integration with Adobe Express
TikTok has partnered with Adobe to make Symphony Assistant accessible within Adobe Express. This collaboration allows Adobe users to brainstorm and generate TikTok content directly within Adobe’s all-in-one content creation platform.

TikTok founder, Zhang Yiming, becomes China’s richest person
Meanwhile, TheRadar earlier reported that the 41-year-old founder of TikTok and the co-founder of ByteDance, the app’s parent company, Zhang Yiming, became China’s richest man.
Zhang was worth $49.3 billion (£38 billion), a 43 per cent increase to his worth in 2023, according to a rich list produced by the Hurun Research Institute.
