- TheRadar compiled a list of the most expensive secondary schools in Nigeria based on the tuition fees they charge
Attending secondary schools in Nigeria is a precondition to be admitted to the university. Students must have gone through six levels of study from JSS1-SS3, even though the Ministry of Education has proposed a 12-year education system.
Even though secondary schools are a precondition, the fees that many charge nowadays can now rival - even supersede - universities.
Moreover, these expensive secondary schools use either UK-based or US-based curricula.
