Osimhen’s agent, Roberto Calenda, has reacted to transfer rumours regarding his client. He claims that no loan bid has come in for Victor so far and that people should respect the player and stop fake news.
In his exact words, according to @FabrizioRomano:
“I read about ‘fantasy exchanges’ with Victor… as if he was a package to be delivered quickly.
“This package is the top scorer of the third Scudetto in the history of Napoli.
“Respect and stop fake news!”
However top clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, and PSG are all still in the race to sign the Nigerian forward.
Chelsea loan bid allegedly rejected
Mirror UK reported some hours ago that Chelsea was already in talks with Osimhen’s representative and were lining up a loan swap for the player with an option to buy which will see Lukaku go opposite ways to reunite with former Chelsea coach, Antonio Conte who was appointed Napoli’s head coach earlier this month. It is however speculated that Napoli has rejected the loan deal and is waiting for to right buyer to activate the player’s €130 million release clause.
