Despite her disappointment, she emphasised her respect for the coaching staff and team management.
Ebi addresses criticism following exclusion from Olympic team
As one of the team’s key players, Ebi’s exclusion from the Paris 2024 Olympic squad was noticeable. On social media, she made it clear that she respects the coach and management's decision, even though she wasn’t included.
On her social media page, the defender said, “My posts are never 4 Super Falcons or the NFF . I respect D players & all management of the team.”
“Bloggers just find ways 2 put my name up 4 drag, which baffles me. Coach wanted younger players, and I respected that. I don't go where I'm not needed.
The Super Falcons will however be looking to bounce back from their disappointing performance in their next tournament.
